Position Overview:

As Vice President - Product Manager within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management you'll drive the creation of engaging products that resonate with clients, empowering them to assess their financial health, articulate goals, and chart a path to success. You'll enable clients to track progress and make adjustments with continuous digital and advisor support. Collaborate across JPMorgan Chase's diverse product offerings to develop a strategic roadmap and feature set, ensuring we remain at the forefront of digital innovation.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner across the firm’s products to lead the build-out of the product roadmap and feature set, focusing on digital innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with design, research, marketing, data and technology teams to develop a cohesive journey that delivers the best experiences for our customers.
  • Embody true “customer-obsession” by leveraging user data, industry trends, and customer feedback to shape design and roadmap.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define a roadmap that addresses business and consumer needs.
  • Provide clear vision and scope documentation, workflows, detailed business requirements, use cases, and other materials to support design and development
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience in defining and building out a product roadmap, prioritizing projects according to business needs, and producing business models.
  • Ability to execute via successful internal partnerships, adept at influencing peers and building consensus.
  • Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
