As a Payments Business Manager in EMEA Liquidity & Account Solutions, you will take a collaborative approach, building and maintaining relationships as a key part of this role. You will work globally across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. This role offers visibility across the Payments organization and the chance to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders; a learning mindset is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leads to explain financial performance and revenue/expense drivers for their products, advising on strategic and tactical goals.
- Use Excel for data interpretation and PowerPoint for crafting narratives that link data to real-life activities.
- Effectively interact and influence stakeholders of varying seniority and geographic locations.
- Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Facilitate global communication of business strategy, performance, and priorities.
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way.
- Manage client pipeline and conduct trend analysis.
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy sessions.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to LOB and corporate-wide objectives and policies.
- Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues across the CIB organization.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and experience in a strategic or similar role.
- Extensive experience within Financial Services (Transaction Services).
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure.
- Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; team player.
- Ability to work well individually and partner effectively.
- Pro-active and problem-solving mindset with ability to identify, present, and implement solutions.
- Comfortable presenting to senior audiences, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work with a high degree of independence.
- Understanding of liquidity products.
