As a Client Screening Analyst in the Digital & Platform Services at Global Screening Operations, you will be at the forefront of maintaining JPMorgan Chase's resilience. You will help the firm grow responsibly by anticipating risks and solving real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct searches and gather data using specialized applications to identify anomalies related to political affiliations, negative media, and sanction hits.
- Analyze and investigate alerts generated by standard policies, procedures, and tools.
- Review daily alerts to determine matches to clients and escalate to Level 2 teams as necessary.
- Document opinions and dispositions with adequate evidence.
- Maintain individual and team throughput and quality targets.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Client Screening or Know Your Customer/Client.
- Bachelor's degree required in finance or related disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively within a team and across departments.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills; ability to identify issues accurately and offer solutions.
- Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational process changes with a focus on innovation.
- Strong controls mindset.
