Job Description
Join our Philippines Operations team as a CEM and Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day and end-to-end settlement and regulatory reporting of Currencies and Emerging Markets (CEM) transactions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the Philippines CEM Operations team.
As a CEM and Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely settlement and reporting of CEM products, including foreign exchange, fixed income, and derivatives trades. You will monitor risk exposure and ensure compliance with local regulations, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm and settle Currency and Emerging Markets trades promptly.
- Liaise with Bankers, CEM Sales, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile and coordinate daily cash movements with Cash Management and Treasury.
- Perform daily reconciliation and investigations of Nostro and Wash Breaks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with other lines of business.
- Conduct sanction screening of FX documents to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting Currencies and Emerging Markets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Identify areas for enhancement, drive automation, and process efficiencies.
- Perform regular and annual reviews to update and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with trading desks, risk management, finance, and other departments for seamless operations.
Execute regulatory reporting functions.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge and deep understanding of local regulations is an advantage.
- Experience in local Treasury Operations
