BigPanda is seeking an enterprise sales leader who is process-oriented, detail-driven, customer-obsessed, and eager to develop, hire, and retain top-performing sales representatives. Responsibilities

Build an industry-leading sales team focused on achieving measurable goals
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives on the BigPanda sales process, while providing ongoing development and coaching
Conduct weekly forecast calls
Actively participate as a member of the leadership team, building strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success
Coach sales representatives to drive deal closure

Requirements

8–10+ years of combined individual contributor sales and sales leadership experience
Exceptional communication skills
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within a startup environment
Sales methodology training and experience managing forecasts
Experience building sales organization structure, processes, and measurement frameworks

Market competitive salary with an anticipated OTE compensation range (salary + commission target) of $400,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This is a commission-eligible position, and the pay mix for this role is 50/50.
