About CodeRabbit
CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.
ROLE OVERVIEW
This is CodeRabbit’s first Senior Director of Business Systems. You will own our entire go-to-market tech stack and integration architecture - connecting Salesforce, Gong, outreach and enrichment tools, billing, and AI platforms into a single source of truth. You will also define how our revenue teams use AI day-to-day, from governance and training to building agent workflows for automated research, enrichment, and personalization.
This is a greenfield build, not a legacy cleanup. You will set the roadmap, choose the stack, and build a team. If you want the mandate to build an AI-native enterprise systems function from scratch at a category-defining AI company, this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the GTM systems stack. Set the architecture, manage vendors, and drive the roadmap across sales, pre-sales, post-sales, and CS tools
Establish Salesforce as the system of record. Clean up data inconsistencies and align CRM, billing, and downstream systems
Design and scale core GTM workflows. Lead routing, lifecycle management, territory assignment, pipeline governance, and cross-functional handoffs
Own the GTM data layer. Define the warehouse data model, including schemas and data contracts, in partnership with Analytics
Build and manage integrations across the stack. Connect Salesforce, Gong, ChargeBee, outreach, and enrichment tools while maintaining clean, normalized data
Embed AI into day-to-day workflows. Improve lead research, enrichment, outbound personalization, call prep, and pipeline visibility
Simplify the stack over time. Reduce tool sprawl and build internally where it creates leverage for the business
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
7+ years in GTM systems, RevOps, or business systems, including 3+ years leading teams in high-growth SaaS
Proven ability to communicate complex technical decisions in clear business terms to executive stakeholders
Deep, hands-on Salesforce experience across data model design, automation, and integrations
Track record owning data architecture across a multi-system GTM stack, including CRM, billing, and warehouse layers
Real-world experience applying AI within business workflows to drive automation or productivity gains
Strong technical foundation across APIs, webhooks, and automation tools, with working knowledge of Python or JavaScript
-
Clear, informed point of view on modern GTM architecture, shaped by experience evolving legacy systems
NICE TO HAVE
Experience at an AI-native or developer-tools company where the GTM motion was being built or rebuilt from the ground up
Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms (Gong), outbound orchestration tools (Amplemarket, SalesFinity, Clay), and enrichment data providers
Experience with billing system integrations (ChargeBee, Stripe, or similar) and reconciling subscription data with CRM records
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect)
