As the Senior Recruiter, the ideal candidate will have experience hiring talent across all levels, from entry to leadership levels. You will help us proactively build pipelines, source, assess, and recruit candidates while developing and implementing innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies for all relevant positions. The focus is not only on hiring the best talent but to further build the recruitment function.

What Success Will Look Like:

  • Provide a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage hiring needs by continuously nurturing relationships with top prospects and building pipelines of high caliber candidates.
  • Be the strategic partner with hiring managers and leaders to define roles & address talent gaps.
  • Build a metrics driven approach within the recruitment function.
  • Drive initiatives to support our hiring strategy that includes identifying branding opportunities, meet ups, innovative approaches to hiring etc.
  • Be up to date on current tools and best practices related to recruiting, sourcing and ways to raise the bar on our process and efficiency.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative information to drive continuous process and strategy improvements.
  • Monitor and lead the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline resulting in a high offer acceptance.

Who You Are & What You've Done:

  • 5+ years in recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, negotiations, closing, candidate relationship management and leading recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated mastery of the entire recruiting tech stack while keeping up to date with the latest Talent Acquisition best practices and tools.
  • Experience developing target lists and market mapping.
  • Experience in handling recruiting initiatives like meet ups and DEI based hiring
  • Experience working with globally diverse organizations.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition with a proven record of success.
  • Ability to make personal connections and understand what motivates candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to mentor, coach and guide team members
  • Data driven approach & process excellence mindset is a must.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills are a must.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, and integrity.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships while succeeding in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
