We are seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of clients onto Entrata software, with a primary focus on recognizing ACV (Annual Contract Value). Reporting to the Associate Director of Project Management - Client Implementation, you will lead project teams and ensure timely client onboarding.

Your expertise and collaborative approach will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient client onboarding and revenue recognition within our organization.
*If you are located in Utah, this would be a hybrid role 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams focused on client implementation, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
  • Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies, with a keen emphasis on ACV recognition
  • Monitor project progress, report key metrics (including ACV recognition), and provide regular updates to the Associate Director
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers within the team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project strategies with organizational goals, particularly in relation to ACV
  • Oversee client implementation projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure project team members follow project management procedures and meet project timelines
  • Stay updated on industry trends and optimize project management methodologies for client onboarding
  • Act as a key point of contact for resolving project-related issues
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to maximize ACV recognition in project management approaches
  • May be expected to travel for client or team needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or related roles
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  • Strong understanding of project management concepts, methodologies, and challenges related to client implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in project management tools and software
  • Familiarity with software implementation and ACV recognition in the industry
  • Experience with remote or international project management

The listed range covers the full base compensation for this role. Your offer within this range will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Your total compensation package will also include a comprehensive benefits offering and may include eligibility for a discretionary annual performance bonus or other incentives, depending on the specific position and level for which you are hired.
