We are looking for an experienced Sr. Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver, and operationalize learning programs across technical, functional, and behavioral domains. This role is at a Seniorlevel, requiring strong ownership, rigorous execution, and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-moving product/engineering environment.The role is ideal for an L&D professional with broad experience and some exposure to technical training, who enjoys building structure, improving learning systems, and driving measurable impact.

Program Management

  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting of learning programs (technical, functional, leadership, and behavioral)
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design relevant learning interventions.
  • Support rollout of AI-enabled, engineering enablement, and role-based capability programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance courses are up to date and all employees are globally compliant.

Instructional Design & Content Development

  • Create and localize engaging learning materials (facilitator guides, participant decks, e-modules, toolkits, etc.) using instructional design best practices
  • Apply instructional design principles to ensure clarity, relevance, and learner engagement.
  • Review and audit learning content for quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

Facilitation & Engagement

  • Co-facilitate or independently deliver select instructor-led or virtual sessions.
  • Support trainer coordination, session logistics, participant communication, and feedback loops.
  • Contribute to manager and leadership enablement programs as needed.

Learning Operations & Technology

  • Support LMS administration, learning workflows, and reporting (assignments, tracking, dashboards).
  • Work with internal teams and vendors on e-learning platforms, technical content libraries, and tools.
  • Contribute to improving global learning processes, SOPs, and operational efficiency.

Learning Analytics & Impact Measurement:

  • Track participation, completion, feedback, and learning effectiveness metrics.
  • Prepare clear, data-driven insights and reports for L&D and business leadership.
  • Use insights to continuously improve program design and delivery.

Change & Culture Enablement:

  • Support change management initiatives related to new tools, processes, or ways of working.
  • Partner on culture, manager enablement, and organization-wide learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal communication and adoption campaigns.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Experiment with AI tools and emerging learning technologies to improve learner experience.
  • Share best practices, ideas, and improvements to strengthen global L&D capability at scale.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related HR roles.
  • Exposure to technical training or engineering-adjacent learning (tools, platforms, systems, or workflows).
  • Strong experience in program ownership, instructional design, and learning delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and learning operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and execution quality.
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, or a related field
  • Certification in learning design, facilitation, or coaching
  • Experience in a product, technology, or engineering-led organization
  • Exposure to leadership development, change management, and engineering-adjacent tools or systems
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, AI-enabled learning platforms, or content libraries
  • Project or program management certification is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Previous experience in optimizing training processes or increasing program efficiency
