Event/Field Account Executive

The Event/Field Account Executive is responsible for traveling to various sized Weave trade shows throughout the year. The Account Executive is expected to set up exhibit booths, sell prospects on the floor, gather leads to work back in the office in between events, and also help any customer you may meet while attending these events.
This position will be in office at our Lehi, UT HQ with frequent overnight travel required
Reports to: Director of Event Sales
What You Will Own (Responsibilities)
Attend 3 trade shows and seminars per month with various sizes. Tasks include booth setup, signing up prospects at events (Sold at Show), gathering leads (EQLSs) for follow-up, and assisting current customers met during events.
Maintain targets for sales made at shows, conversion rates, and meeting or exceeding EQL/sold-at-show objectives specific to each event.
Efficiently manage all EQLS/Sold at Show opportunities to meet SLAS (Sales Lead Acceptance Standards).
Attend weekly team meetings and meet daily performance and effort standards.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)
Must be willing to travel. This role will involve overnight trips a minimum of 2-3 times per month.
Experience in trade shows or in-person customer/prospect interactions.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel with, set up & tear down booth materials (backdrop, table, decor, demo equipment).
Professionalism representing Weave in the field.
