Weave is a People First company and we are focused on bringing the best experience to our employees and those who come to visit our headquarters. We are looking for a kind, upbeat individual who will help promote our strong culture here at Weave.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and willing to assist the needs of others. You will be part of the People Experience team and will help us create an incredible experience for employees and guests.

  • This is a full-time position working out of our Lehi office Mon.-Fri. reporting to the People Experience Manager.

  • This is a contract position to be filled immediately through April 30th.

What You Will Own

  • Front Desk Reception

    • Welcome and manage guests and visitors

    • Responsible for office mail

  • Employee and Office Experience

    • Maintain cleanliness and supply of amenities on each floor of the building

    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the building

    • Assist with swag management and distribution

    • Assist with company lunch execution

  • Team Support

    • Support the People Experience Manager on events, activities, and projects to create a fun and inclusive experience for our people

    • Support the Executive Assistants on tasks, projects, and events.

What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job

  • Prior customer service experience

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

  • Ability to work in our Lehi office 40 hours a week

  • High School Diploma

  • Consistently dependable and highly organized

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Comfortable working in an office environment greeting guests

  • Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and coordinate workflows

  • Proactive problem solving skills

What Will Make Us Love You

  • Proficiency in G Suite tools

  • Prior front desk experience

  • Ability to work with diverse personalities within various levels of the organization

  • Exercise sound independent judgment under minimal direct supervision

  • Bring innovation and creativity to enhance performance of a process, person, team, and organization
