Specialists ensure accurate and timely invoices are generated and the associated revenue is recognized in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Specialists collaborate with other departments to address complex or escalated customer requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position can be remote or hybrid out of our Lehi, UT HQ
Reports to: Revenue Accounting Manager
What you will own
Create and maintain customer billing schedules
Ensure appropriate revenue recognition on all customer transactions
Process customer credits and refunds
Process billing changes on customer accounts
Work with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience
Address and solve customer billing questions and issues
Securely handle client data and payment information
Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
What you will need to accomplish the job
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience working in Salesforce Billing
Ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines independently
Initiative and willingness to learn and develop skills
Basic math, bookkeeping and accounting skills
Organization, time management and prioritization abilities
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
