An Inbound Upsells Account Executive will work to expand our existing customer base. They will be responsible for the value they extract from the leads they are given. They will be responsible for daily and monthly metrics, pipeline organization, and developing additional pipelines in asking for referrals from the current leads they are assigned and will be responsible for prospecting into their signed customer’s pipelines for expansion opportunities.
Hybrid position: MTW in office, Th/F optional
Reports to Sr Director of Sales
What You Will Own
Manage the entire sales cycle from calling an assigned lead to closing that deal
Develop new accounts, help to maintain and extend existing accounts within Account Executive’s pipeline
Work through all salesforce tasks on a daily basis
Negotiate agreements to keep organized and detailed records of sales and data
Create new sales opportunities by asking for referrals
Use Salesforce to maintain detailed records and reports
Establish methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services
Participate in regular company and office meetings to share AE progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
2+ years of closing experience in a sales role (inbound, upsell, or account management preferred)
Demonstrated success in converting existing customers or warm leads into incremental revenue
Proven strength in pipeline management and task execution, with a track record of maintaining clean, accurate CRM data
History of consistently meeting or exceeding quota, supported by prior performance results
Strong ability to quickly adopt sales processes, tools, and organizational standards
Resilient, self-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
