GTM Engineer

We’re looking for a great engineer to help our marketing/sales/revops team. You don’t have to have to know our tech, you just have to be willing and excited to learn it! Our marketing site is React/Remix/Sanity & our app is Elixir.

Who might be a good fit for this role:

• You have some experience in React/Remix

• You are familiar with headless CMS and can work with Sanity CMS

• You are interested in diving into and working with lots of APIs, like Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc.

• You are interested in learning Elixir

What you would do in this role:

• Own our marketing site with exceptional architecture

• Build blocks so that marketing can do as much self-serve scenarios as possible (e.g. add their own event pages)

• Manage Google Tag Manager and Posthog to do heat mapping, A/B Testing etc.

• Dial in web analytics providing clear visibility of how we’re doing

• Refine our billing system

• Write code to automate and fix lots of things!

Our hiring process is three steps:

1. First, we’ll send a screening test where you’ll have 35 minutes to deploy an app (Remix or Next.js).

2. Second, we’ll define a real-world app for you to build within 48 hours (Remix or Next.js). Anyone who successfully completes this challenge before the deadline will be paid $3,000. It must be a complete working app with all requirements.

3. Finally, if your code looks good, our final step is a short live coding exercise

• We buy whatever subscriptions you (Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, etc)

• We’re a small and efficient dev team

• We’re growing gangbusters. All revenue-backed, super low churn.

• Raised a $20M Series-A a few months ago

• Health/Dental/Vision insurance

• 401k (no match right now)

• Take the time you need PTO (4 weeks-ish, but we don’t keep track)

• $80-120k depending on experience

• HQ is based in SLC, Utah

• Fully remote OK. We’d like it if you’d fly in occasionally to get to know you.
