ABOUT THIS ROLE

Join us at LVT in a pivotal role supporting our General & Administrative (G&A) executive leadership. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our corporate infrastructure, providing seamless support to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and Chief Legal Officer (CLO).

This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance, people operations, and legal strategy. You will be instrumental in ensuring our most critical corporate functions operate with precision. If you are a master of discretion, a proactive problem-solver, and thrive in an environment where "the details are everything," we want to hear from you.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Support: Partner daily with the CFO, CHRO, and CLO to manage complex calendars, prioritize conflicting demands, and ensure they are prepared for all board meetings, audits, and sensitive hearings.

  • Corporate Liaison: Serve as a professional extension of your executives, representing G&A values to the rest of the company and external stakeholders (investors, auditors, and legal counsel).

  • Operational Insight: Identify experience gaps and suggest process improvements specifically for the Finance, HR, and Legal organizations to increase cross-departmental efficiency.

  • High-Impact Projects: Lead and execute projects that impact the company’s foundation, such as coordinating Board of Directors meetings, assisting with annual open enrollment logistics, or supporting fiscal year-end closing activities.

  • Information Management: Manage highly sensitive documentation with absolute precision, from executive offer letters and litigation files to financial reports and board decks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience is required; prior experience supporting C-Suite leaders in Finance, HR, or Legal is highly preferred.

  • Environment: Preference for experience in a fast-paced tech startup or a publicly traded company where compliance and pace intersect.

  • Discretion: An ironclad commitment to integrity and the ability to handle extremely confidential information with total professional neutrality.

  • Communication: Expert-level written and verbal skills; ability to draft professional correspondence for internal and external legal/financial partners.

  • Organization: Mastery of "the juggle", the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks for three different executives without letting details slip.

  • Adaptive Mindset: The ability to pivot quickly when urgent legal or financial matters arise with little notice or instruction.

  • Collaborative Spirit: Work seamlessly with the broader EA team to ensure a cohesive corporate environment across headquarters and remote locations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of productivity tools (G-Suite/Office 365) and a quick study on ERP or HRIS platforms if needed, preferably Workday.
