ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a high-caliber Senior Technical Recruiter to drive high-impact hiring for LVT’s most advanced technical functions. In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will be a key driver of our talent engine across Engineering, Product, including complex domains like AI/ML, Product Management, UX Design, and Core Software, Hardware, and Embedded Engineering. You aren't just filling seats; you are a talent advisor who partners with technical leaders and fellow recruiters to elevate our hiring bar and build the world-class teams required to scale our Agentic AI platform.
This role is based in-office out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or our new office in Seattle, Washington.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Full-Cycle Technical Execution: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior and niche technical roles, with a heavy emphasis on AI/ML, Product, UX Design, and Software Engineering. Ability to lean into other areas of the business as needed.
Strategic Talent Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CTO, CPO, and technical hiring managers, providing market insights and data to help shape role definitions and hiring strategy.
Advanced Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize sophisticated outbound sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive talent within the SaaS, AI, and IoT industries.
Collaborative Process Improvement: Partner with the broader TA team to refine interview rubrics, technical assessments, and sourcing playbooks that improve quality of hire.
Candidate Experience Advocacy: Ensure every technical candidate has a high-touch, professional experience that accurately reflects LVT’s brand values and innovative mission.
Data-Driven Execution: Leverage ATS data and recruiting metrics to manage your pipeline efficiently, providing visibility into hiring progress and market trends to stakeholders.
Team Contribution: Mentor and share specialized technical recruiting knowledge with the wider TA team to elevate the collective expertise of the department.
Cross-Functional Support: Flex into other business areas as needed, providing consistent, high-level recruiting support across all LVT domains.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Technical Recruiting Specialist: 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 4 years of deep-dive experience in high-growth Engineering and Product organizations.
Domain Expertise: Proven success in hiring specialized roles such as senior engineers, AI/ML Engineers and Product Managers within competitive tech markets.
Global Recruiting Experience: Strong expertise in competitive US Markets is required; Experience hiring in international markets and an understanding of the nuances involved in global technical recruitment is a plus.
Advisor Mindset: Strong ability to build rapport with C-suite and VP-level technical leaders, influencing hiring decisions through professional credibility and market data.
Masterful Sourcing: High proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, etc.) to engage elite talent that isn't actively looking.
Collaborative Spirit: A "team-first" attitude with a desire to contribute to a high-performing TA team and share best practices.
High Professional Standards: Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, capable of representing LVT’s mission to senior-level candidates.
Autonomous & Results-Oriented: A strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage complex, high-stakes technical pipelines independently.
Adaptability: Comfortable shifting focus between deep-tech roles and broader business needs as the company’s strategic priorities evolve.
COMPENSATION
The beginning annual salary range for this role is $116,000.00 - $155,00.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.
