ABOUT THIS ROLE

LVT is seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our marketing engine and our high-growth sales organization. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for translating high-level marketing strategy into localized, high-impact campaigns that accelerate the sales cycle and drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). By designing bespoke Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and curated regional events, you will create the "memorable moments" that turn prospects into long-term partners.

This role is based in-office at our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, with travel required approximately 10% of the time to support field activities and regional events.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Pipeline Acceleration: Develop and execute field marketing programs specifically designed to generate new pipeline and compress the sales cycle for open opportunities.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Account Executives and SDRs to ensure marketing initiatives are directly aligned with regional sales priorities and revenue targets.

  • ABM Campaign Design: Create and deploy data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts across all company verticals.

  • Event Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of regional "boutique" events, including roadshows, executive dinners, and lunch-and-learns.

  • National Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support and lead-generation strategy for major industry conferences and large-scale tradeshows.

  • Content Localization: Tailor corporate marketing collateral and messaging to resonate with specific regional markets and prospect personas.

  • Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on campaign ROI and pipeline influence using Salesforce and marketing automation tools.

  • Budget Stewardship: Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high-impact spend that maximizes lead quality and brand visibility.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven B2B Experience: You bring 1–3 years of experience in field marketing or demand generation, ideally within the SaaS, IoT, or security technology sectors.

  • Strategic Mindset: You understand the nuances of the B2B buyer journey and know how to use marketing levers to move a deal from "interested" to "closed."

  • Event Excellence: You have a track record of executing professional, high-touch events that leave a lasting impression on executive-level prospects.

  • Tech Savvy: You are proficient with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and tools like Sendoso to drive engagement.

  • Autonomous & Scrappy: As an individual contributor, you are comfortable "owning" your projects from ideation to clean-up, maintaining a high bar for quality without constant supervision.

  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess the executive presence to brief sales leadership and the creative flair to write compelling campaign copy.

  • Analytical Rigor: You are motivated by data and enjoy the challenge of optimizing campaigns based on conversion rates and ROI metrics.

  • Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where team success is the ultimate goal.

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew’s health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office.
