ABOUT LVT

LVT is redefining how businesses operate in the physical world, moving beyond traditional security solutions to deliver AI-driven, actionable intelligence that makes sites smarter, safer, and more secure. Since pioneering our first mobile, solar-powered units, our commitment to scrappy, hands-on innovation has made us an established leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in intelligent site technology. We are building the next generation of solutions—from our physical units in the field to a powerful Agentic AI platform—that allows our customers to gain unprecedented visibility and control over safety, compliance, and operations. This is your chance to join a cutting-edge team that isn't just watching the world change, but actively building the technology that is changing it.

We’re a team that’s focused on growth and innovation, and we’re proud that our crew, products, and leadership are being recognized for it.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We're looking for an Associate Recruiter who's ready to do meaningful work from day one. This isn't a "post jobs and schedule screens" role. You'll own your requisitions, build genuine relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to hiring the people who will help build LVT's next chapter.

You'll hire across a variety of business functions, focusing on junior to mid-level roles, with mentorship from a team that's invested in your growth. If you're early in your recruiting career and looking for a place to own meaningful work, develop your craft, and contribute to a team that makes talent a real differentiator, this is a great opportunity to get into a growing company and build your career.

This role is based in-office at our headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across multiple business functions, with mentorship and support from senior team members as needed.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Build working relationships with hiring managers, develop a clear understanding of their needs, and keep them informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Sourcing and Outreach: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search to identify and engage both active and passive candidates. You'll develop more advanced sourcing skills here over time. May support more senior requisitions through sourcing.
  • Candidate Experience and Coordination: Manage every candidate interaction with professionalism and care. Own coordination for your candidates or others as needed. How someone experiences a hiring process forms a lasting impression of the company, and we take that seriously.
  • Process and Program Contribution: LVT is actively building its Talent Acquisition function, which means this role has real scope beyond the day-to-day. You'll contribute to projects and initiatives that could include tool implementation, process optimization, referral programs, AI use cases, or employer brand work. We're looking for someone who spots what's broken, has a point of view on how to fix it, and follows through.
  • Team Participation: Be a contributing member of the TA team. Share what you're learning, ask good questions, and invest in the team's success, not just your own desk.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Early Recruiting Experience: 1 to 2 years in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or HR. In-house, agency, or internship experience all considered. You understand how a hiring process works and you're motivated to run one well. We're also open to someone with adjacent experience (sales, marketing, etc.) who wants to build a career in TA.
  • AI-Forward: You use AI tools as a standard part of how you work, across sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management. You're actively figuring out how AI is changing recruiting and applying those insights, not waiting to see where things land.
  • Strong Communicator: You write and speak clearly, follow through reliably, and give candidates and hiring managers confidence that things are being handled.
  • Organized and Dependable: You can carry multiple open roles without losing track of details or letting momentum stall. You stay on top of your work before anyone has to ask.
  • Developing Sourcer: You know your way around LinkedIn and job boards and want to go deeper. Boolean search, passive candidate engagement, creative outreach strategies, you're actively building this skill set.
  • Growth-Oriented: You treat this as a craft worth investing in. You take feedback seriously, reflect on your own performance, and bring those lessons back into your work.
  • Steady Under Ambiguity: Recruiting rarely goes exactly to plan. You adjust without losing focus, communicate proactively when things shift, and keep the process moving regardless.
  • Collaborative by Nature: You contribute to the people around you, not just your own metrics. You share what you know, ask when you're unsure, and make the team better for being part of it.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported.
