ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at LVT, you'll play a crucial role in delivering the world's leading remote surveillance and security data and systems to new clients. Your responsibilities will include converting leads into sales opportunities and transforming prospects into clients.

Given the short window of opportunity to engage with potential clients, this role demands enthusiasm, high energy, and excellent communication skills to effectively identify and address their needs. If you possess these abilities and enjoy working closely with people, we're eager to discover more about you!

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Being the first point of contact for our leads to help increase interest through discovery and education
  • Contacting and qualifying leads to set appointments for our Account Executives to close
  • Making calls and emails to warm inbound marketing leads per day
  • Being present and engaged full-time, M-F 8AM - 5PM (no nights or weekends, hooray!)
  • Be innovative and provide feedback to increase the efficiency of the SDR team
  • Bachelors degree preferred

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • As the primary liaison for our leads, your role involves igniting interest through insightful discovery and educational interactions.
  • Engage with leads to assess their potential and arrange appointments for our Account Executives to finalize deals.
  • Conduct a high volume of calls and emails daily to nurture inbound marketing leads.
  • Enjoy full-time engagement, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights or weekends, hooray!).
  • Bring innovation to the table and offer constructive feedback to enhance the efficiency of the SDR team.
