ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Connectivity Operations Analyst at LVT, you will play a central role in managing and optimizing one of the company’s most critical technologies: connectivity. You’ll work with cellular, fixed wireless, and satellite carriers to ensure SIMs are correctly deployed, tracked, and managed to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and support company-wide growth.

This role is highly cross-functional - you’ll collaborate with teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Support to drive process consistency and cost control. You’ll help build internal systems, improve workflows, and ensure our deployed fleet remains connected, efficient, and well-documented.

This is a unique opportunity to blend technical aptitude with operational insight in a role that has visibility across the organization and deep impact on our infrastructure performance. If you're excited by the idea of digging into data, building better systems, and working across multiple teams, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Help create and maintain documentation for recurring workflows and ensure process consistency across departments
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational data and vendor-side platform management tasks under the guidance of the Network Team manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, financial operations, telecom, or a related field
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet tools with experience managing multi-tab, structured datasets
  • Familiarity with SQL and an interest in building or modifying basic queries
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data and processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with comfort working across multiple teams
