At MX, our mission is to make the world financially strong by empowering individuals and organizations to take control of their financial data. We believe that building financial strength starts from within—by investing in the development of our people.

We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who is passionate about purposeful contribution and committed to building engaging, innovative, and high-impact training programs. In this role, you’ll help cultivate a culture of continuous learning across MX, designing experiences that build mastery, drive performance, and align with our mission and values.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs that align with MX’s values and business objectives.

  • Design and deliver scalable learning experiences—e-learning, VILT, simulations, and multimedia content—with a focus on clarity, creativity, and learner engagement.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement and other teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and accuracy across training initiatives.

  • Apply a Founder’s Mindset by proactively improving content and processes and iterating based on feedback and results.

  • Stay up to date with trends and innovations in instructional design, implementing best practices to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Conduct needs assessments, analyze performance gaps, and build data-informed solutions that drive behavior change and enable long-term success.

  • Uphold Objectivity in Discourse by welcoming diverse perspectives during content reviews and learning strategy discussions.

  • Build trust by delivering high-quality, impactful learning experiences that meet deadlines and reflect MX’s high standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Graphic Design, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience with instructional design, adult learning theory, and training development.

  • 2+ years in e-learning authoring tools and design software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Excellent project management skills; able to prioritize, execute, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • A passion for learning and a mindset of Iterative Innovation—you’re energized by experimentation and continuous improvement.

Why MX
