MX is on a path to become the trusted default for intelligent money experiences. That requires a technology org with strong operational rigor, clarity, and scale.

The VP, Technical Business Operations will serve as the right hand to the CTO,

owning the operating rhythm and execution system for the Technology org, which

includes Engineering, TechOps/Support, and Security. This leader will drive planning, prioritization, capacity alignment, and strategic reporting across a distributed, fast-evolving organization.

They will also be accountable for maturing the TPM and Business Operations

functions globally (including India), rationalizing org structure within the current

team, and enabling scalable program delivery across product and platform

initiatives. This is a critical leadership role for someone who knows how to turn ambiguity into clarity and execution chaos into high performance.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clarity of execution: Tech initiatives are aligned to business goals, tracked against real capacity, and delivered with predictability.
  • Scalable TPM org: A high-functioning Technical Program Management team exists in both North America and India, with clear domain ownership and high
  • execution standards.
  • Rationalized structure: Teams are streamlined; low-leverage work is automated or eliminated. TPM org is shaped and integrated as appropriate.
  • Crisp cadence: A strong, lightweight operating rhythm is in place: quarterly planning, goal tracking, portfolio reviews, and cross-functional steering without adding bureaucracy.
  • Data-driven decisions: Leaders make decisions based on real trade-off data, not guesswork. Visibility into cost, capacity, and impact becomes the norm.

  • Proven track record of building high-performance teams; ideally across multiple geographies
