As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our expansion strategy. This role is a direct feeder into the Account Executive (AE) path, offering significant advancement opportunities for high-performers. Your primary focus will be on prospecting and qualifying outbound leads from small to mid-market companies, scheduling product demonstrations, and assisting with the initial client onboarding process. This role is critical to the business and you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally to achieve an excellent customer experience while having a direct impact on our revenue and growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evangelize the Neighbor story to small businesses and commercial real estate owners
- Build a robust sales pipeline by targeting and effectively calling cold leads
- Efficiently manage and follow up on warm inbound leads
- Identify new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and industry research
- Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales cycle follow-through
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize client success
Qualifications:
- Resilience and Persistence: A proven ability to maintain a positive outlook and continue pursuing goals despite obstacles, particularly in a cold-calling environment. You are driven to follow through until the objective is achieved.

- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant sales experience
