Role overview:
Nursa is looking for an experienced community-builder and storyteller to expand Nursa’s community efforts and evolve how the brand engages with its many audiences. In this role, you will develop and grow the Nursa Community platform, elevate user stories and experiences, and connect with users across relevant social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the Nursa Community platform—moderating discussions, surfacing member questions, driving engagement, and ensuring Nursa’s customer audiences have a valuable, supported experience
Evolve the Nursa Community platform alongside Nursa’s growing products, helping grow the overall engagement and regular active users of the Nursa Community platform
Identify trends and community conversations early and quickly execute with on-brand content
Leverage artificial intelligence tools to design automated systems, streamline content production, and improve both the efficiency and impact of community efforts
Connect with Nursa users, collect success stories, and analyze user feedback to improve experiences
Design and create enablement content for users to be shared across marketing channels
Design and launch programs to foster user engagement across Community efforts and other channels
Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, operations and more to translate product updates and market developments into platform-tailored posts
Develop and execute Nursa's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Own regular engagement across social platforms, monitoring replies and comments, participating in relevant healthcare and staffing conversations, and keeping the brand active and responsive
Capture and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms
Write social-native copy that speaks directly to nurses, CNAs, and healthcare facility partners
Track and report on community and social performance, using data to inform strategy and new opportunities
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in customer experience, community management, marketing, or a related role is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to own a social media strategy end-to-end, not just execute someone else's plan
Deep familiarity with using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work—demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI to improve efficiency and impact
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and Facebook—what performs, why, and how to grow an audience on each
Short-form video production and editing skills (fast cuts, captions, hooks)
Strong copywriting that is punchy, platform-aware, and consistent in voice
Healthcare, healthcare staffing, or marketplace platform experience is a plus
Familiarity with community platforms (Invision Community), Canva, and video editing tools is preferred
High responsiveness and a bias toward execution—you move fast and don't wait for perfect
