Our mission is to help users govern their websites. We provide an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world’s highest traffic websites.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team and help accelerate pipeline growth through executing campaigns, managing paid media, supporting marketing operations, and enabling the sales team. This is a generalist marketing role with a strong focus on growth and demand generation — perfect for someone who wants to build a well-rounded foundation across multiple marketing disciplines.

In this position, you'll get to dip your toes into nearly every area of marketing: from running paid ads, to managing campaign assets, to supporting field events, marketing automation, reporting, and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with our marketing operations and sales teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to bring campaigns to life and support marketing’s contribution to revenue.

Responsibilities

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Support top-of-funnel lead generation efforts by launching targeted campaigns, managing paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager), and optimizing tactics to drive awareness and attract qualified prospects
  • Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and MQLs
  • Collaborate on A/B testing, campaign messaging, and audience segmentation
  • Partner with internal teams to gather key insights and collaborate with the content writer to shape messaging that resonates
  • Assist with email nurture programs, list segmentation, and campaign flow execution (e.g., Groove, Marketo)
  • Maintain accurate UTM tracking across campaigns and implement links in Marketo and Salesforce

General Marketing Functions and Cross-job Expectations

  • Work with Marketing Ops to build and schedule campaign emails, landing pages, and forms using templates
  • Work with creative to design landing page wireframes in Figma for stakeholder feedback
  • Create and maintain Slack channels to support communication around campaigns
  • Support sales enablement by delivering marketing collateral, lead insights, and campaign details
  • Assist in campaign fulfillment (sourcing, assembly, and shipping)

Reporting & Data Hygiene

  • Compile and confirm campaign performance metrics post-activation
  • Maintain clean and segmented lists to support lead flow and reporting
  • Work with the marketing operations team to QA data and ensure accurate reporting across systems

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and digital campaign execution
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo) and basic CRM navigation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you can juggle and prioritize with ease
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets, Domo, and Figma
  • Comfort with analyzing campaign metrics and drawing actionable insights
  • Clear communicator with a “get it done” mindset and eagerness to grow

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Exposure to lead capture platforms like Mobly
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for editing landing pages or emails
  • Experience with Groove, Gong, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics (GA4)
