Location: ObservePoint Office – Pleasant Grove, UT (Must be local and within a reasonable commuting range of Pleasant Grove)

What we do

Our mission is to help users govern their websites. We provide an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world’s highest traffic websites.

Have you ever browsed a website only to find broken links, unexpected trackers, questionable privacy behavior, or slow pages? At ObservePoint, we make it our business to find these problems and report them to our customers, so they can deliver an excellent web experience for their users.

Who are our customers? Hundreds of the biggest brands in the world: Adobe, Asics, HP Enterprise, Pepsico, Texas Instruments, and US Bank (just to name a few).

Position Overview

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and skilled multitasker to join our team as an Event Coordinator, supporting the planning and execution of our tradeshows, flagship events, and field events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities and logistical details at once, finds creative solutions to problems, and is eager to contribute to high-impact experiences for attendees, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistical aspects of events including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, shipping, setup/teardown, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute our presence at industry tradeshows and conferences – including booth logistics, materials management, staffing coordination, and lead capture.
  • Source, vet, and liaise with third-party vendors such as venues, production teams, printers, transportation providers, and more.
  • Maintain event timelines, calendars, and checklists. Help track budgets and compile post-event recaps.
  • Be on the ground for key events to help ensure everything runs smoothly – must be comfortable with hands-on tasks and adapting in real time.
  • Willingness and availability to travel to events, primarily within the U.S., with the potential of international travel as needed.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to gather or manage event-related materials like signage, slide decks, swag, and presentations.
  • Be eager to lean in and own everyday ownership across the marketing team: social media, marketing calendar alignment, campaign brainstorming, swag and branding ideas, etc
  • Sponsor and Speaker operations and logistics for ObservePoint’s (2) two flagship events

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain processes & strategies
  • Must be able to come to the Pleasant Grove, UT office at least 3 times per week.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years experience supporting or coordinating events, tradeshows, or conferences
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build repeatable processes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Skilled at managing shifting priorities and adapting to dynamic event timelines
  • Technically adept and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, project management platforms, MarTech tools, and event registration tools is a plus
  • Effective working independently and in cross-functional team environments
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and high level of professionalism
  • A strong aptitude for being results driven
  • Experience and familiarity with social media management
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel (mostly domestic, potentially international)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience working with global teams or international events
  • Familiarity with tradeshow platforms, shipping logistics, or experiential activations
  • A creative eye for enhancing attendee experiences
