About the Role
We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager focused on one thing: driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities from our customer base. You will work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to improve how customers understand and adopt our platform.
Your primary goal will be to make it easier for merchants to say "yes" to more of Redo. You’ll enable the sales team with better content, automate education moments that create pipeline, and strengthen how we position our products in the context of the full platform. You’ll also play a key role in laying the foundation for our product-led growth motion.
This is a hands-on role for a creative, self-sufficient marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
Revenue Expansion
Create assets and campaigns that surface the value of additional Redo products
Collaborate with CS and sales to generate expansion conversations
Build systems for automating upsell opportunities across lifecycle and in-product touch points
Messaging and Positioning
Own product messaging and positioning across the full suite
Clearly communicate how each tool connects to broader merchant goals
Continuously refine language and narratives based on buyer insights
Sales Enablement
Develop battle cards, product sheets, pitch decks, and ROI calculators
Help reps confidently position multi-product solutions and close faster
Collaborate closely with sales on what tools and content are working
PLG and Product Education
Create onboarding and in-app prompts to highlight adjacent tools
Design product tutorials, use case explainers, and value-oriented guides
Content Creation
Write and design high-quality marketing assets independently
Develop visual content in tools like Figma or Canva without needing a designer
Ensure consistency across educational and sales materials
About You
3–6 years of experience in product marketing, lifecycle, or content-driven GTM roles
Proven track record of owning messaging and driving product adoption
Ability to think like a strategist and execute on your strategies
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and directly with sales
Deep understanding of buyer personas and value-based positioning
Bonus: Background in ecommerce tech or DTC tools
Bonus: Experience contributing to or building a PLG motion
