About the Role
Strider is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic-minded Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role will lead Strider’s international financial planning, forecasting, and analytics efforts. Serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, and manager of the FP&A team, this leader will act as a critical operator in ensuring we adequately invest in and execute Strider’s strategic growth initiatives.
You will shape Strider’s multi-year financial strategy, provide actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making, and build a world-class FP&A team that supports our continued, expeditious global growth. In this role, you will prepare board-level financial materials and analyses that support the CFO’s leadership in presenting to the Board of Directors. This is a rare opportunity to influence the financial trajectory of a mission-driven technology company at the forefront of global strategic intelligence. We need a CFO-minded leader who will act like an owner, demonstrate proactive bias for action, and execute relentlessly to enable Strider's expeditious and sustainable growth.
