We are seeking an organized and proactive Workplace Experience Manager to support the daily operations of our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. This role ensures our workspace is welcoming, functional, and efficient while supporting the needs of our growing team. You will play a key role in maintaining a productive office environment and fostering a positive team experience.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
1+ years of related experience preferred
Description
Office & Facilities Management
Coordinate maintenance requests, cleanliness expectations, and office improvements with vendors and property management
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Ensure the office and conference rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked
Kitchen & Lunch Coordination
Keep the kitchen stocked, clean, and operational
Manage and order daily lunches, accommodating dietary needs
Maintain and share a weekly lunch menu
Office Supplies & Stocking
Order snacks, beverages, and office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory
Team Member Experience & Onboarding
Welcome and support onboarding for new team members
Prepare and manage team member swag and inventory
Greet visitors and ensure they have what they need while onsite
Team Engagement & Morale
Plan and support office activities and celebrations
Coordinate milestone celebrations and company events
Assist with planning larger annual events and team gifts
People Operations Support
Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination
Support basic employee records and internal documentation
Assist with interview scheduling and candidate coordination in partnership with recruiting
Conduct routine audits of employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and completeness
Partner with People Operations on employee-related initiatives as needed
