What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch has employees located across the U.S., with offices in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time) when most internal meetings are held.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute Vouch’s overall sales strategy, aligned to revenue goals and the Vouch 2.0 trust strategy
- Lead, manage, and scale a team of producers and BDRs, fostering a culture of ambition, accountability, and trust
- Refine and operationalize a repeatable GTM motion across inbound and outbound segments
- Build and manage a Center of Influence (COI) partner strategy to expand market reach, leveraging industry partners, advisors, and key influencers to accelerate lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ensure sales teams deliver a high-trust, high-NPS client experience at every step of the journey
- Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Client Management and Placements to strengthen cross-functional impact
- Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, planning, and new market/segment expansion
- Personally lead or support select large, complex opportunities and partnerships
About You
- 10+ years in sales, with 5+ years leading and scaling revenue teams
- Proven track record of managing quota-carrying teams with $20M+ revenue responsibility
- Demonstrated success in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments
- Exceptional leadership and coaching ability — you build high-performing teams that people want to join and stay with
- Deeply data-driven, with strong forecasting discipline and process orientation
Nice to Have:
- Experience in commercial P&C insurance or adjacent financial services
- Background in startups, SaaS, or fintech, with GTM scaling experience
- Exposure to partnership-driven sales models (channel, referral, etc.)

- Drive 30%+ YoY new business revenue growth
- Increase average revenue per client through product expansion
- Hire, ramp, and retain a high-performing sales org
- Deliver accurate and reliable forecasting for executive planning

Compensation philosophy:
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are part of our total compensation package, which also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
