We are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator that will assist in all areas relating to Client Experience operations. This individual will be focused on executing and improving cross-functional projects in different capacities.

What You Will Do:

● This individual will work closely with the CX and Operations leadership to support the day-to-day Client Experience operations as it grows and evolves.

● This position will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and executing Client Experience operational activities across a variety of channels.

● Ensure Email/SMS Marketing campaigns are being completed daily

● Leading Onboarding “white glove” service initiatives

● Learn all facets of IRA on-boarding, from processing to educating clients on their options

● Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status.

● Assist executive team members and management with ad hoc projects and requests as needed.

● Participate in daily calls with clients to engage them on where they are in their funding process.

● Defining a problem clearly and raising concerns appropriately when necessary.

● Ensuring the CX strategies are aligned to the larger marketing and business goals and outcomes.

What We Want:

● Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field

● 2-5 years of operations experience

● Attention to detail and critical thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills

● High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethics

Requirements:

● Pro-active problem-solving skills.

● Adaptable with the flexibility to thrive in various work environments.

● Capability to manage challenging situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all.

● Being able to follow up with existing clients.

● The ability to deescalate specific scenarios.

● You must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Skills:

● Knowledge in Adobe Pro, Word, Excel.

● Having knowledge of IRA's.

● Crypto Knowledge.

● Experience in Finance.

● Sales Experience.
